Vintage Coffee Ramen, 523 Main Street, Buffalo, NY, is a business of Diversely LLC. This page explains what we keep when you order from vintagecoffeeramen.com, including Konbini pickup orders, and when you get texts from us.

What we collect

When you order, we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone number, pickup time and what you ordered. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor and are never stored by us. When you text us, we keep the messages.

How we use it

Only to handle your order: to confirm it, tell you when it is ready and answer you. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their marketing.

Text messages

If you tick “Text me” when you order on vintagecoffeeramen.com, Vintage Coffee Ramen sends texts about that order, such as when it is ready for pickup. Usually one or two per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who handles it

Orders and messages are kept in Mast, the restaurant system provided by Diversely. Payments are processed by our card processor, and texts are delivered by our messaging provider, Twilio.
